ایف بی آر نے 5 لاکھ سے زائد نان فائلرز کی موبائل سمز بلاک کرنے کا نوٹیفکیشن جاری کیا تھا جیسے 10 دن گزر گئے لیکن PTA اور Telecom کمپنیوں نے ایف بی آر کی ہدایات کے مطابق نان فائلرز کی موبائل سمز بلاک کرنے کے نوٹیفکیشن پر عمل درآمد نہیں کیا. اب ایف بی آر نے PTA اور Telecom کمپنیوں کے خلاف عدالت جانے کا فیصلہ کیا ہے. اس ضمن میں وزارتِ خزانہ اور ایف بی آر نے قانونی مشاورت کے بعد اتفاق کیا ہے
