The Hon’ble High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Hyderabad, has been pleased to grant post-arrest bail to the Applicant in Cr. Bail Application No. S-442 of 2026, after appreciating that the matter required further inquiry, the alleged offence did not fall within the prohibitory clause of Section 497 Cr.P.C., the challan had already been submitted, and further incarceration would serve no useful purpose.

 High Court discussed interpretation of order passed by the trial court whereby directed him to give due diligence before taking any action and to act in accordance with the law and clearly that order in 22 AB does not necessarily means that fia should be registered although SHO is supposed to applies prudent mind while going through the statement of the complainant whether any offence is made out or not
