RESOLUTION Dadu Bar
District Bar Association Dadu strongly condemned the illegal and unlawful occupation of the property attached to the mausoleum and public gathering place of Great revolutionary leader Mr Rasool Bux Palijo (late), tearing penaflaxs having photographs of Mr Rasool Bux Palijo. We all the legal fraternity throughout province Sindh and Pakistan are witnesses that Mr. Rasool Bux Paleejo was not only renown lawyer of Honorable Supreme Court of Pakistan but he fought for rights of general public in large in democratic way. We being sons of soil fell that this is illegal occupation on the land attached to the mausoleum and Public gathering place by hands of on duty Police person and armed forces. All this is being done on the behest of state machinery and Sindh Government and the official are silent spectators despite of the law and order situation, the police is acting as puddles and supporting to criminals, instead of knowing that they are taking the law in hands by occupying over land, harassing and creating panic in the minds of citizen.
District Bar Association Dadu unanimously condemns such act of illegally occupation of land, misuse of authority, political victimization, and any attempts to undermine the supremacy of law in strong term and demand from IG Sindh and responsible officials for to get vacating the land attached to the mausoleum and public gathering place of Great revolutionary leader. Mr Rasool Bux Palijo (late) immediately and taking action against unlawful acts, violence and harassment and calls for immediate and impartial action in accordance with law. This Bar demand for impartial enquiry and for taking serious stern action against the terrorist acts of persons.
