Another Legal Success , Bail Confirmed ⚖️
Alhamdulillah, the Honourable Court has confirmed the pre-arrest bail in FIR No. 110/2019 U/S 489-F PPC. The Court observed that the offence does not fall within the prohibitory clause of Section 497 Cr.P.C and that guilt is to be determined at trial not by pre trial punishment.

This order reinforces an important principle liberty cannot be curtailed without lawful justification.
