پولیس کی اقربا پروری رشوت ستانی اور عوام کے ساتھ ظلم روز کی بات ہے ۔ ضابطہ فوجداری اور تعزیرات پاکستان کے تحت عدلیہ کو پولیس کو سزائیں دینے کا وسیع اختیار ہے ۔ روزانہ کی بنیادوں پر پولیس کی زیادتیوں کے خلاف ہزاروں درخواستیں آتی ہیں ۔ مگر سوال ہی پیدا نہیں ہوتا کے کوئی جج کسی حوالدار کو بھی سزا دے دے ۔۔۔
