I want to ask such an innocent question:
After 2019, today, on 24-03-2025,
It means after six years—the Honorable High Court has announced the posts of CJ/MJ.

Mashallah, it took them six years to remember that there is a need to appoint CJ/MJ.

The qualifications and age limitations are understandable.

However, enrollment after two years has been made mandatory, not practice.

Here, "enrollment" is mentioned, not "practice," which means that even those who have never practiced could be selected, right?

Moreover, there is an age limit. If a lawyer is not enrolled in the High Court and their age exceeds the limit, and then another six years pass before these posts are announced again, wouldn’t that mean we would be left out completely?.
This is an injustice to young and talented۔

میں ایک معصومانہ سوال کرنا چاہتا ہوں: 2019 کے بعد، آج 24-03-2025 کو—یعنی چھ سال بعد—معزز ہائی کورٹ نے سی جے/ایم جے کی آسامیوں کا اعلان کیا ہے۔
ماشاءاللہ، انہیں چھ سال بعد یاد آیا کہ سی جے/ایم جے کی تقرری کی ضرورت ہے۔
قابلیت اور عمر کی حدیں تو سمجھ میں آتی ہیں، لیکن یہاں نامزدگی کے لیے دو سال بعد "اندراج" (Enrollment) کو لازمی قرار دیا گیا ہے، نہ کہ "عملی مشق" (Practice) کو۔
یہاں "اندراج" کا ذکر ہے، "مشق" کا نہیں، اس کا مطلب یہ ہوا کہ وہ لوگ بھی منتخب ہو سکتے ہیں جنہوں نے کبھی عملی طور پر وکالت نہیں کی؟
مزید برآں، عمر کی حد بھی مقرر کی گئی ہے۔ اگر کوئی وکیل ہائی کورٹ میں اندراج شدہ نہیں ہے اور اس کی عمر مقررہ حد سے تجاوز کر جاتی ہے، اور پھر اگلی بار یہ آسامیاں چھ سال بعد دوبارہ آتی ہیں، تو کیا اس کا مطلب یہ نہیں ہوگا کہ ہم مکمل طور پر محروم ہو جائیں گے؟

یہ نوجوان اور باصلاحیت وکلاء کے ساتھ سراسر ناانصاف
