Recognizing his immense potential and unwavering integrity, Jatoi's commitment to justice propelled him to the esteemed position of Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) in 1969. This promotion granted him fresh opportunities to contribute to the governance of his region, leaving an indelible mark on the communities he served. Throughout his tenure, his steadfast commitment to upholding the law and delivering justice remained a beacon of inspiration. Continuing his ascent in the bureaucratic hierarchy, Jatoi embraced the roles of Assistant Commissioner (AC) and Assistant Deputy Commissioner (ADC) from 1969 to 1978. These pivotal positions allowed Jatoi to undertake diverse administrative responsibilities and engage with various sectors of society. 241-A:- Supply of documents on Magistrate Trial.
242:- Framing of charge.
243:- Conviction on pleading guilty.
244:- Recording of evidence in case the accused plead not guilty.
245 (1):- Acquittal of an accused after evidence.
245 (2):- Conviction of an accused after evidence.
245-A:- Previous conviction of an accused shall be added to the sentence.
246:- Omitted.
247:- Non-appearance of the complainant:- The Magistrate shall acquit the accused unless for reasons adjourning the matter.
248:- Withdrawal of complaint:- If complainant before a final order is passed in any case satisfy the Magistrate that there are sufficient grounds for permitting him to withdraw his complaint, the Magistrate may permit him to withdraw the same and thereupon acquit the accused.

I successfully represented Karachi Port Trust in an application for the recovery of rental dues against PRCL - Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited, a public sector company operating under the administrative control of the Ministry of Commerce. PRCL which was in breach of its contractual obligations and in default of payment of outstanding dues, totaling approximately 25 million PKR. The application for recovery was granted in favor of the applicant, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

There are certain kinds of challan or Report of 173 of CrPC. (2003 PCr.LJ 1282)

1: Complete challan :
It is a kind of challan which is completed within 14 days with all legal requirements.

2: Incomplete challan :
A kind which cannot be completed within 14 days . For example 2 accused are arrested but the remaining 2 are proclaimed offender.

3: Interim challan :
It is kind in which report is not completed with 14 days and on request of investigation officer 3 grace days allowed and total days become 17.

4: Untraced challan:
A kind of report in which accused not be trace or remain unknown or mostly a cases in which accused are unknown or not nominated in case.

5: Abate challan :
It is a kind of report in which the accused declared dead or they died.
