A tragic incident has been reported near Tando Masti, Khairpur, where the accused, Qaiser Chandio, allegedly murdered his niece, Rubina Chandio, under the pretext of “Karo Kari.”
The Human Rights Forum of Pakistan strongly condemns this brutal act. Killing in the name of so-called “honor” is not only illegal but a grave violation of fundamental human rights.
We urge the government and concerned authorities to conduct a transparent investigation and ensure that the perpetrator is brought to justice with the strictest punishment under the law.
