Jawad Ali Satti & Law Associates has successfully secured acquittal of our client in a complex narcotics case.

The case involved the alleged recovery of 5000 Grams of Ice (Amphetamine), an offense carrying a potential sentence of 25 years imprisonment.

This successful defense, which spanned a rigorous two-and-a-half-year trial, was the result of a dedicated legal strategy and relentless commitment to our client's rights. Of the three accused in the case, our client was the only one acquitted of the charge.

An amount of Rs. 71.5 million, which had been unlawfully withheld, has now been rightfully acknowledged and will be paid under a formal agreement.
