The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has suspended the NHA's 50% additional toll penalty on vehicles without an M-Tag and those with insufficient M-Tag balance.
The order came on a constitutional petition filed by Advocate Muhammad Jalal Haider through counsel Yahya Fareed Khawaja. The Court has also sought replies from the respondents while restraining the NHA from recovering the additional charges until further orders.
