After procuring a law degree from University of the Punjab, he joined the law firm of prominent and experienced lawyer based at Rawalpindi-Islamabad, Mirza
Anwar Baig, in 1987. In the year, 2002, he was awarded the license to plead in Supreme Court of Pakistan and subsequently became member of Supreme Court Bar Association. He has had the unique opportunity of working alongside the Pakistan’s distinguished team of litigators. During his practice, he conducted cases pertinent to civil, corporate, and constitutional and arbitration nature. After Sad demise of his senior, Mirza Anwar baig (late), he succeeded the management of the firm and attained the higher pedestals of fame and experience. Due to his hard work and experience comprising of decades, he was elevated as Judge of Islamabad High court. Apart from his career as professional lawyer, in 2004, he was elected as member Punjab Bar Council for a term of five years. Later, he had the honour to become a member of Pakistan Bar Council in year 2005. He is actively pursuing his ambitions at Pakistan Bar Council and had been elected to be its member for consecutive four terms. He remained Vice-Chairman of Pakistan bar council for the year 2013 and president Supreme Court Bar Association for the year 2019-20.
