Meaning: Drafting documents filed before courts stating facts & claims of parties.
Includes: Plaint, Written Statement, Petition, Affidavit, Interrogatories 📄
Purpose: To present the case clearly before the court.
Example: Filing a suit, e.g., specific performance of contract suit.
