Official Notification:

Due to official preparation for SCO Summit 2024, followed by three public holidays in the Twin Cities, Rawalpindi & Islamabad, many customers have been unable to visit banks & BWC Offices to make payments and take advantage of default clearance & surcharge waiver and prevailing merging policies. As a result, several requests have been received for additional time and therefore, the BWC management board has decided to extend the notification dated 24th Sep, 2024 till 31st Oct, 2024 IA.

Official Notification:

Dear BWC Members, Upon numerous requests from realtors and customers, the notification dated 10th July 2024 have been extended for an additional 15 days untill 15 Aug, 2024 including merging policies, surcharge waiver offer and cancellation of defaulters. Further, notification related to discount on development charges and relocation of plots is not being extended and will be announced later after due deliberation !

Official Notification:

Dear BWC Members, Due to high volume of customers at BWC Office & ongoing Ashura activities - many customers have been unable to visit and take advantage of the merging policies, leading to a request for an additional time.
In response, the management board has decided to extend the Merging Policies along with other notifications including discount & rebate on development charges further for 10 bank working days only !
However the Relocation option will be closed on expiry of available locations on first come first served basis with out intimation - very limited inventory left for relocation !

APR adjustment policy in development charges shall be announced soon as well !
