Deeply grieved by the tragic incident at the District Court, where our esteemed member, Advocate Zubair Gumman (ASC), embraced shahadat. Three fellow lawyers sustained injuries, but with the grace of Allah, they are now out of danger.

We collectively mourn the loss of our brother, the brave police personnel, and the members of the public—nearly 12 innocent lives lost in this heartbreaking attack.

May Allah elevate the ranks of all the martyrs in Jannah and grant their families the strength and patience to endure this profound loss.

Tomorrow, Murder reference of "Sara Inam " case is fixed before Honourable Islamabad High Court . This matter has drawn wide public attention, but as lawyers, our duty is to ensure that every accused person receives a fair trial in accordance with law and the Constitution. Justice is only served when both sides are heard with equality before the Court.
We remain committed to upholding the rule of law and presenting our case with diligence and integrity.

⚖️ Noor Muqaddam Case – Review Petition Update
Today, the Honourable Supreme Court adjourned the hearing of the review petition in Noor muqaddam murder case for three weeks.

The adjournment came on two important points:

🔹 Justice Najfi stated in the judgement that " I agree with the judgement but will give my additional note " and that additional note is yet to be written.
🔹 The Supreme Court Practice & Procedure Rules have recently been amended some rules suspended and some new ones introduced therefore, the Court will first decide how this review petition should be heard in accordance with law.

The matter will now be taken up after three weeks. Our fight for justice for Noor continues with the same resolve and commitment because noor deserves nothing less than complete justice!
