Request to Rawalpindi & Islamabad Authorities to resolve my issue:
I saw an add in newspaper about The Palm Residential Apartments at Iqbal Town @ Islamabad High Way in 2017.
i have gone through booking procedure & booked an apartment there in October 2017 after thier briefing.
The Land Owner is MOHKAM ENTERPRISES ( SAJID NAQVI GROUP) , Develper is PACE (Salman Taseer Group) & Marketer & Payment Collector is MULTIPLIERZ GROUP (Syed Farrukh Atiq).
It was their commitment to start work in 2018 but there is no output nor even a single story has been started till today 27th June 2021 as Project Complition Date Was Feb 2021.
It had been meeting with PACE (Fortress Stadium Lahore), Multiplierz Group & With Site Office Management of Mohkam Enterprises but all three made fake excuses each time & avail time gain, miscommitments, fake excuses repeatedly.
There are more than 150 affecties of This Project THE PALM RESIDETIAL APARTMENTS.
I appeal to DC Rawalpindi, DC Islamabad, Interior Minister Federal, Interial Minister Punjab, Federal Minister For Housing, Chief Justice Lahore High Court, Chief Justice Supreme Court & Respected Prime Minister Pakistan Mr. Imran Khan to help me out to get back my paid amount.
i have all documentry proof & reciepts of paid amount.
We are more than 25 affecties which are in contact with each other.
its a mafia who grab amounts of general public.
There is no justice in pakistan regarding such matters as many people have no approch to higher authorities.
same as it is i did not get justice after repeated talks & sessions & no one is listening to my issue i.e PACE, MULTIPLIERZ, MOHKAM ENTERPRISES.
we are right now 25 affecties that are in contact & i have complete file & reciepts pf payment made to this mafia & will be provided on demand.
