⚠️ **Public Awareness Post – Please Read Carefully** ⚠️

Today I visited **Black & Brown Bakers, Main Qasimabad Branch Hyderabad** to purchase a cake. During the transaction, I observed serious **irregularities in their sales receipt and GST compliance**, which every consumer should be aware of.

🔍 **Key observations:**

* The **sales receipt was not verified through a proper Point of Sale (POS) invoice**.

* Upon checking, it appears that their **GST status is inactive**.

* Records indicate that **GST returns have not been filed for the last six tax periods**.

* Despite this, **GST is still being charged from customers**, which raises serious legal and ethical concerns.

As a lawyer, I have formally lodged a complaint regarding the charging of GST without lawful submission to the Government.

Earlier, I posted this issue on Hyderabad Updates purely to warn and educate the public, but unfortunately the post was removed by the admin, which seems biased and discourages transparency.

✔️ Verify your invoice
✔️ Check the seller’s **GST status**
✔️ Use the **Asaan Tax App / FBR portal** to confirm authenticity

آئینی عدالت اور سپریم کورٹ میں اس وقت اثاثوں کی تقسیم مال دولت مراعات کے حصول کی جنگ چل رہی ہے۔ یحئی آفریدی نے known as چیف جسٹس مطلب صرف اپنا ٹائٹل بچایا 27ویں ترمیم میں اسکے پاس اختیار تو ککھ نہیں ہے۔ جیسے ایک خچر کو گھوڑا کہا جائے۔
آئینی عدالت کے ججز کو سپریم کورٹ کے ججز سے بڑی گاڑیاں دی جارہی ہیں سپریم کورٹ ججز کو نئی Honda Civic دی گئی تھی آئینی عدالت کے ھیروں کو V8 دیا جارہا ہے اور نئی Sonnata بھی مل رہی ہے۔

اب بلڈنگ کے حصول کی جنگ بھی جاری ہے۔ کیا یہ ہیں وہ لوگ جو پاکستان کی عوام کو انصاف دینگے۔؟میری بات لکھ لیں۔ بہت جلد سپریم کورٹ سے اس کی عمارت بھی چھین لی جائے گی اور اسے آئینی عدالت کے حوالے کر دیا جائے گا۔

Happy to share that I have successfully secured the dismissal order in favour of my client in 265K cprc application. I relied upon the most pivotal citation of Hon'ble Supreme Court of Pakistan PLD 2024 (Supreme Court 1152) in which Hon'ble Justice Hassan Azhar Rizvi & Justice Aqeel Ahmed Abbasi thoroughly discussed the scope of 265-K in ID complaints.

Hence, the Application was hereby Dismissed.
