Today, we submitted an application to the Hon’ble President and General Secretary of the District Bar Association, Hyderabad, requesting the initiation of a pick and drop service for advocates especially fresh entrants and those unable to afford daily travel to court due to financial or transport constraints. This initiative aims at the welfare of all learned advocates, and we hope it will be kindly considered.

C.M.A No. 11922/2014 | SHC-Karachi |
A powerful case study in the matter of Hospital negligence decided by His Lordship Mr. Justice Nadeem Akhtar.

Time to Take Action!

Our law firm is initiating legal proceedings before the Hon’ble High Court against doctors and hospitals involved in medical negligence and malpractice. We have received multiple complaints from affected individuals exposing these unethical and life threatening practices.

It has been found that many private hospitals in Hyderabad operate as profit driven businesses, not as centers of care. During emergencies, no senior doctors are available, and unqualified staff are often seen administering treatment with exorbitant charges and patients treated as mere dummies! This gross negligence has already cost innocent lives. Accountability must begin!

With due respect, the courts in Hyderabad and Karachi are overburdened, and routine adjournments of several weeks have become the norm. Cases that should ordinarily conclude within months are dragged on for years, raising the question whether this practice falls within the maxim, Justice delayed is justice denied.

Undoubtedly, such delays also unfairly damage the professional image of lawyers, as many clients assume negligence on the part of counsel, whereas in reality the problem lies in systemic backlog. The way forward lies in stricter regulation of adjournments, improved case management, increased judicial appointments, and technology driven solutions. The Bar Councils must also take serious notice of this issue to safeguard both the integrity of the profession and the right of litigants to timely justice.

While going through some old case diaries, I came across a few matters that were decided in a short span under my supervision, requiring a great deal of hardwork. ALHMDULILLAH, grateful for these little achievements. Many other cases have been decided, many are ongoing, and several are still pending before the lower and higher courts, different tirbunals, just thought to share a glimpse.

Advice for Young Lawyers | Freshers | Interns | Newly Enrolled Advocates

Over the years, many have asked me:
“What should we do as freshers?”
“Whom should we join under intimation?”
“How can we truly learn?.” I understand these questions deeply because I’ve lived through them six years ago. Here’s my honest suggestion based on personal experience:

Your best senior is your law book.
Yes, respect everyone in court. Learn daily from every person sitting before you, from every hearing, and from every file. Please, never depend on someone else to make your name. No one really does. The simple rule is: learn and shine, represent yourself in a society in a best way so does the dignity may sighted.

The Bar Council allows six months of intimation under a any senior either on civil, criminal, income tax etc.. use that period wisely. Learn courtroom ethics. Observe how cases are argued and presented. But don’t waste years carrying someone else’s files, waiting for a miracle. Your time is precious.
Let the world see you, not just your senior’s brief. If you trust yourself more than you wait for others to guide you you’re already on the path to becoming a great lawyer.

Remember: Learn. Observe. Explore.
That’s the only rule to truly grow.
