The list of 80+36 = 116 beneficiaries was officially released by the Central Office of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) under the UPLIFT (Unified Package for Livelihood, Industry, Food, and Transport) Program of the administration of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.

Please be informed that the list was provided by the DSWD Central Office and sourced from the Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) data generated by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) in 2024.

The beneficiaries included in the list are neither Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) beneficiaries nor Walang Gutom Program beneficiaries. However, they belong to low-income families based on the income information declared during the 2024 CBMS survey.

The Barangay Council has no participation in the selection, identification, validation, or approval of beneficiaries. The names were provided directly by the DSWD Central Office. The role of the barangay is solely to disseminate and post the official list to inform the concerned beneficiaries.

For any queries, concerns, or questions regarding eligibility or inclusion in the list, please coordinate directly with the nearest DSWD Office. The barangay has no authority to add, remove, replace, or change the names of beneficiaries included in the official list.

To properly address concerns and inquiries during the actual implementation of the program, representatives from the PSA and DSWD have been requested to establish a separate assistance desk where residents may directly raise their questions and concerns.

Requirement/s during payout:

✅PHILIPPINE NATIONAL ID
✅ If none, please bring any Government issued ID.

For beneficiaries who are unable to personally claim the assistance, we cannot guarantee that authorization will be accepted, as the final decision rests with the concerned implementing agency ( DSWD).

However, should you wish to authorize a representative, please prepare the following documents:

✅A signed authorization letter from the beneficiary, indicating the name of the authorized representative.
✅A photocopy of a valid government-issued ID of both the beneficiary and the authorized representative, preferably the Philippine National ID (PhilSys ID), if available.
✅The authorized representative must also present the original valid ID upon claiming for verification purposes.

The Barangay Council of Patalon informs all qualified beneficiaries on the list that the UPLIFT AYUDA Cash Assistance Payout will be conducted as follows:

🗓️ WHAT: UPLIFT AYUDA Payout
📅 WHEN: July 27, 2026 (Monday)
🕘 TIME: 9:00 A.M. onwards
📍 VENUE: Labuan Covered Court

📌 IMPORTANT REMINDERS FOR ALL BENEFICIARIES

All listed beneficiaries are required to bring one (1) photocopy (xerox) of any of the following valid identification documents:

✅ PhilSys ID / National ID (Preferred)
If your physical PhilSys ID is not yet available, you may present a printed copy downloaded from the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA).

OR

✅ Maglaan ng venue para sa payout at food redemption;

The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) reminds all potential and existing 4Ps beneficiaries of the following important guidelines:

- Household selection is based on data gathered through the Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) and validated by the government.

- “No PhilSys, No Program Continuity” Policy – All household members must be registered with the PhilSys (National ID) and present a PhilSys ID or proof of registration before the deadline. Failure to comply may affect your family’s eligibility to continue receiving 4Ps benefits.

- Prepare the required documents for every household member, including:

* Birth Certificate
* Marriage Certificate (if applicable)
* Death Certificate (if applicable)
* PhilSys ID or proof of National ID registration
* School ID/Form 138 or School Attendance Certificate (for students)
* Health Attendance Certificate (for pregnant women and children)
* Other supporting documents, if required
