🔎 STEP 1: Check if You Meet the Basic Qualifications
Before applying, make sure you meet the following requirements:
✅ Filipino Citizen
✅ At least 18 years old
✅ Completed at least two (2) years in college (72 units)
✅ Of good moral character (with no conviction involving moral turpitude)
✅ Under the supervision of a licensed Real Estate Broker
📚 STEP 2: Complete the Required Training
To qualify for accreditation, you must:
✅ Finish the required 12 Credit Units in Real Estate Brokerage Services (REBS)
or
✅ Earn the equivalent Continuing Professional Development (CPD) units
After completing the training, you need to:
• Apply for accreditation with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)
• Register with the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD)
📄 STEP 3: Prepare the PRC Requirements

3️⃣ Select "Real Estate Service"
4️⃣ Look for:
"Approved Applicants for Accreditation as Salespersons"
This section contains the approved names and corresponding Resolution Numbers.

🔎 STEP 5: Register for Oath-Taking Through PRC LERIS

Select Transaction → e-OATH

4️⃣ Select Your Preferred Venue and Schedule
Choose the PRC Regional Office and available oath-taking date.
5️⃣ Pay the Oath-Taking Fee
Payment options may include:

• Maya
• LandBank
⚠️ Some face-to-face ceremonies may require prior registration with accredited organizations such as:
• National Real Estate Association (NREA)
• Real Estate Brokers Association of the Philippines (REBAP)
6️⃣ Print Your Oath Form

Print your Oath of Professional Form, which contains the QR Code needed during the ceremony.
