HERE ARE THE LRT1 CAVITE EXTENSION PHASE 1 FARE MATRIX!
The current fare matrix with a ₱13.29 boarding fare and ₱1.21 distance fare will be applied once the LRT-1 Cavite Extension Phase 1 stations opens by the end of 2024, Transportation Assistant Secretary for Railways Jorjette Aquino said during a media briefing on June 7.
Aquino noted that the fare from Baclaran to Dr. Santos will be ₱25, and ₱45 from Fernando Poe Jr (Roosevelt) to Dr. Santos.

Ticket prices for the additional five stations of the LRT-1 Cavite Extension project will be affordable for passengers, Transportation Assistant Secretary for Railways Jorjette Aquino said Friday.
Asec. Aquino explained that the current fare matrix of P13.29 boarding fare and 1.21 centavo distance fare will be applied once the operations of the new five stations of the LRT-1 starts by year-end.
“Currently, we will be applying the same fare which is P13.29 boarding fare and for distance fare, kumbaga bawat kilometro na malalakbay, 1.21 centavos,” Asec. Aquino said during a media briefing at the LRT-1 Dr. Santos Station in Parañaque City.
“That’s the same for LRT lines 1 and 2,” she added.
The new stations—Redemptorist-ASEANA Station, MIA Road Station, PITX Station, Ninoy Aquino Avenue Station, Dr. Santos Avenue Station—are part of the LRT-1 Cavite Extension Project. Once operational, the rail line will stretch up to Bacoor, Cavite.
The transport executive noted that the fare from Baclaran Station to Dr. Santos Station will be P25, while ticket price from FPJ Station to Dr. Santos Station will be P45.
Once fully operational, the LRT-1 Cavite Extension Project will reduce travel time from Baclaran in Paranaque to Bacoor, Cavite to 25 minutes.
The 11.7-kilometer rail extension is expected to increase its ridership from 500,000 to 800,000 passengers.
