Question 1: Is it allowed?
Answer 1: Yes is some parts of the country(Philippines).

Question 2: Where?
Answer 2: In some parts of MINDANAO "ONLY" like SULU and TAWI-TAWI. (EXECUTIVE ORDER No. 64, 2018)

Question 3: How about in some other places in the Philippines?
Answer 3: It is PROHIBITED.

Question 4: Where to legally buy and/or transact?
Answer 4: To those businesses that are duly registered.

Question 5: Registered where?
Answer 5: DTI and BIR. (Mayor's Permit, Business Permit are also necessary to name a few. 😊)

Question 6: WHY buy or transact with duly registered businesses or sellers?
Answer 6: For TAX and REGULATION purposes.
