Sa yano nga pagkasabot, ang Notice of Lis Pendens kay notice nga ang property, or rights involving it, subject sa usa ka pending court case.

Maayong pagsugod sa buwan sa July.

Kaganinang buntag, among na-file ang among unang Petition for Replacement of Lost Title karong July 2026.

Sa parehas nga adlaw, nadawat usab namo ang Decision dated 03 July 2026 nga nag-grant sa usa ka previously filed petition para sa issuance sa new owner’s duplicate copy of title.

Usa ka bag-ong kaso ang na-file. Usa pud ka previously filed case ang na-grant.

Nalipay mi sa progress ug mapasalamaton sa pagsalig sa among mga clients. Naglaum mi sa mas produktibo pa nga July samtang padayon mi sa pag-handle og lost-title petitions, land title concerns, ug related court proceedings.

June has been a productive month for Uy Law Office.

For the month of June, our office filed six (6) Petitions for Replacement of Lost Certificates of Title before the Regional Trial Courts of Tagum, Compostela, and Panabo.

We also received two (2) Decisions granting previous petitions for the issuance of new owner’s duplicate copies of title.

Our office is truly happy and grateful for this output and result. We thank our clients for their continued trust and confidence, and we look forward to an even more productive July.

Kung mopalit og yuta, dili dapat saligan ang pangalan sa owner ra. Ang annotations/encumbrances sa titulo kinahanglan pud i-check, kay didto makita ang possible claims, restrictions, liens, o uban pang issue nga makaapekto sa property. Mas maayo nga klaro daan aron malikayan ang problema.
