To everyone buried in review materials, codals, and video lectures right nowโฆ take a deep breath. โ๐
July is one of the hardest stretches of the Bar review. The initial surge of excitement from finishing law school has worn off, the exam date is getting close, and the volume of jurisprudence left to read can feel overwhelming.

As you navigate this high-pressure month, remember these three things:
1. ๐ช๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐.
You donโt need 12-hour study sessions that leave you burnt out. Just show up every day. Small, consistent progress adds up to a passing score.
2. ๐ป๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐
๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐.
Motivation comes and goes, but discipline gets you through the days when you simply don't feel like reading. Trust the schedule you built and trust the process, even when progress feels invisible.
3. ๐น๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐.
A tired brain cannot recall doctrines under pressure. Nourish your body, get enough sleep, and step away from the desk when your mind tells you it has hit a wall. Taking care of your physical and mental health isn't a distraction; it's a ๐๐๐-๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ strategy for crossing the finish line.
You did not survive four (or more) years of law school by accident. The grit, resilience, and knowledge you need are already inside you. Keep pacing yourself, take it one subject at a time.
