No student should be LEFT behind because of the way they write.

In many classrooms, left-handed students struggle with armchairs designed only for right-handed use, making writing uncomfortable, posture strained, and learning less effective.

This isn’t just an inconvenience. It’s an equity issue.

Under Republic Act No. 11394, all schools, both public and private, are mandated to provide neutral desks, those that cater to both right-handed and left-handed students.

It’s time to make sure this law is fully implemented. Support the call for accessible, neutral desks in every classroom.

Speak up for equal learning environments.

âś… Misspelled first name (e.g. Lisa instead of Liza)

We understand how these errors can affect your life — from school, work, to travel — and we want to help make things right, at no legal cost to you. (Note: Filing Fee and Cost of Publication not included)

📌 Eligibility:

✔️Place of Birth : Zambales
✔️Must have a clear case of clerical error
✔️Must be willing to share a short testimony for awareness purposes

“Serve the people.” such is among the calls for the 2020/2021 Bar Exam Passers.

Three years have passed since we signed the roll of attorneys and became full-pledged lawyer. In that time, I have tried my best to live by those words.

Fresh from the bar, I chose not the high-rises or corporate boards, but home—San Marcelino. I returned not for comfort, but for purpose. I became a notary public, bringing legal services closer to my fellow Marcelineans.

Soon after, I joined the Public Attorney’s Office. The courtroom became a second home, and the faces of my indigent clients—a reminder of why I chose this path. I visited police stations to check on persons under PNP custody. I entered the gates of BJMP facilities to speak with those awaiting justice. I sat with the poor, the forgotten, the accused—and listened.

During my pregnancy, I tried to continue my duties as if nothing had changed. I worked long hours, assisted clients, appeared in court. I wanted to do it all—for the people, for the profession, for the promise I had made.

But life, as it does, tested me. In the pursuit of public service, I almost lost what mattered most.

I tried to be everything to everyone, until my body began to protest. I almost suffered a miscarriage. The thought of losing our firstborn broke me in a way no courtroom defeat ever could. I realized then that being strong doesn’t always mean pushing through. Sometimes, it means stepping back. It was the hardest decision, but also the most necessary one.

So I did. I took a pause—not from the mission, but from the pace. I chose life. I chose my child.

Three years in, I am still answering the call. Maybe in different ways now—more quietly, more carefully—but still with the same heart.

I carry with me the voices of those I’ve helped, the lessons from every courtroom battle, and the quiet strength of motherhood. I am a lawyer. I am a mother. I am a servant of the people.

And I am just getting started.

Cheers to three incredible years in the legal profession — growing, learning, advocating, and making a difference. Here’s to the journey so far and the road ahead! 🍻
