NEW ISSUANCE: The Legal Education Board (LEB) issues Memorandum Order No. 042, Series of 2026, adopting the Revised Policies, Standards, and Guidelines (PSG) on Sanctions and Compliance Measures for Legal Education Institutions (LEIs).

The revised PSG establishes a fair, transparent, and developmental framework that strengthens compliance, accountability, institutional integrity, and continuous improvement in legal education.

Moving beyond a bar-centric approach, it advances quality assurance in teaching, research, curriculum, and institutional governance, aligned with the Strategic Plan for Judicial Innovations 2022–2027 and Sustainable Development Goals 4 (Quality Education) and 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions).

Through these measures, the LEB continues to promote quality, integrity, and excellence in legal education toward a stronger justice system.
