Q. What is the difference between a project-based from a regular?
Project based is automatically terminated without need of a notice upon the end of the project. They cannot join the union of regular employees. They are not entitled to separation pay. But they are entitle to their MOTHERS. What is MOTHERS, that is my acronym for minimum wage, overtime pay, thirteenth month pay, evening pay, retirement pay and service incentive leave. We will discuss this later.
