I wrote a book. It is the first of its kind in the Philippines.
The title of my book is:
“THE PRACTICAL LAW BOOK ALL FILIPINO ENTREPRENEURS MUST READ.”
As the title suggests, the purpose of this book is to help entrepreneurs know and understand the most common laws that affect their day-to-day business operations.
This 300+-page book is the only book that compiles more than 1,200 questions and answers covering the legal areas every entrepreneur must know, including:
- Business registration;
- Government permits and compliance;
- Sole proprietorships, partnerships, and corporations;
- Labor law and employment issues;
- BIR compliance and taxation;
- Trademark and intellectual property law;
- Common crimes committed in business operations;
- Obligations and contracts;
- Plus more.
This book reflects more than 15 years of my experience and knowledge as a corporate and business lawyer, developed through years of advising and working with hundreds of businessmen.
It is written in a question-and-answer format to make the discussions easier to understand. Legal jargon is minimized as much as possible, and where technical legal terms could not be avoided, they are explained in simple and practical language.
The book also includes free access to more than 100 downloadable and editable legal business templates, all of which I personally drafted and reviewed.

The official launch and shipping of the book will take place in March 2026. Copies will be available through me and my publisher. The book is priced at ₱1,200 per copy. Payments will be accepted starting March, only once the books are ready for shipment. There are currently no payment methods available, and I presently do not have any authorized agents to market and sell the book.
