We are fully supporting the efforts of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Quezon City in cracking down “colorum" or fake notaries public.

How to Spot a Fake Notary:

✅ No visible seal, signature, commission number or address.
✅ Does not ask for valid identification.
✅ Offers to backdate documents (illegal!).
✅ Not found in the accreditation list or IBP database.

Don't let fraudsters ruin your legal transactions. Always ensure your notary is a legitimate - commissioned lawyer.

⚖️ Fundamental Labor Rights:

1. Security of Tenure: Where every employee has the right to remain in their position unless terminated for just or authorized causes. (Scope and basis depends on employment status) Substantive and procedural process must be strictly observed.

2. Safe and Healthful Working Conditions: It is the duty of every employer to ensure the safety and health of their employees within the workplace.

3. Right to Self-Organization: The law recognizes the right of workers to organize and form unions for the purpose of collective bargaining.

💰 Holiday Pay Reminder (May 1):

As Labor Day is a Regular Holiday, employees who report for work are entitled to 200% of their daily rate for the first eight hours of service.
