Prevailed on appeal. The office Representing an employee illegally terminated by her employer secured a favorable decision from the Labor Arbiter. Unperturbed, the employer elevated the decision to the NLRC.

The NLRC sustained our position that our client was illegally dismissed. We secured backwages, separation pay and attorney's fees computed until the finality of decision.

This means that the salaries during the pendency of the case until the decision becomes final continue to be counted in favor of the client.
