Why a Loan Consultant is Your Best Partner:

Many people think getting a bank loan is just about passing papers. But often, the bank says "No," or gives you much less money than you need.

Recently, a client was told they could only borrow ₱1.2M. They were stuck. But because they had an experienced loan consultant, that amount jumped to ₱2M.

How did we get an extra ₱800,000? It wasn't luck—it was experience.

How a Seasoned Loan Consultant Helps You:

A consultant is like a "bridge" between you and the bank. Because they have years of experience inside banks, they know how to:

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐡 𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐰: Banks use rigid rules. A consultant knows how to explain your finances so the bank feels safe giving you more.

𝐅𝐢𝐱 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐬 𝐅𝐚𝐬𝐭: They know exactly what the bank is worried about and can fix those issues before you even apply.

𝐆𝐞𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 "𝐘𝐞𝐬": They know how to talk to the bank's decision-makers to turn a small offer into a much bigger one.

Without a consultant = you only get what the bank says
With a consultant = you get the maximum amount you deserve

Don’t settle for a small loan. Let an expert banker handle your application.

Message me today to see how we can maximize your loan approval!

— 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐈 𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝟐 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐚 ₱𝟏.𝟐𝐌 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐥 💼📈

The application was 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐰𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐛𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐤, saying the client was already leveraged (too much loans).

I reviewed the client’s bank SOA and presented the 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐭𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐬, showing the business had more than enough cash flow to support all existing loans.

The approved ₱𝟏.𝟐𝐌 is less than our requested ₱𝟑𝐌, but that’s part of the strategy: request a higher amount so when the bank reduces it, it still meets the client’s real needs (cash flow and income is still taken into consideration).

With proper justification, the loan was approved before year-end. 🙌

If you need the same level of review and proper case handling, send me a DM.

Before you apply for a loan, it helps to know how banks really see borrowers.
Hindi lahat “pwede” at hindi rin lahat “rejected agad.”

𝙃𝙚𝙧𝙚’𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙞𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙚 𝙗𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙠𝙙𝙤𝙬𝙣 𝙪𝙨𝙚𝙙 𝙞𝙣 𝙡𝙤𝙖𝙣 𝙚𝙫𝙖𝙡𝙪𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣:

✅ 𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐕𝐀𝐁𝐋𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄

Banks usually say YES when you have:

✔ stable job or profitable business income
✔ clean or manageable credit history
✔ income that matches the loan amount
✔ complete and consistent documents
👉 These files move faster in the system.

⚠️ 𝐇𝐈𝐆𝐇-𝐑𝐈𝐒𝐊 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄

Banks become very careful if you have:

⚠️ high existing loans or credit cards
⚠️ short job tenure / business income on a downward trend
⚠️ past missed payments (kahit matagal na)
⚠️ incomplete or inconsistent documents
👉 Possible pa, but needs fixing or adjustments.

❌ 𝐃𝐄𝐍𝐈𝐄𝐃 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄

Banks usually say NO if they see:

❌ unresolved delinquencies
❌ bad credit with no explanation
❌ unverifiable income or employer
❌ serious property or title issues (for housing loans)
👉 Applying again without fixing anything won’t help.

𝙄𝙢𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧 📌

Being “High Risk” doesn’t mean hopeless.
But applying blindly can push you into “Denied.”

This is why pre-assessment matters.
Before any bank application, I always check:
✔ if it’s approvable
✔ if it needs fixing
✔ or if it’s better to wait

So you don’t waste time, money, or expectations.

If you’re planning to apply, save this post or share it — it might help someone avoid a costly mistake.

𝐅𝐀𝐐: 𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐁𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐒𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐆𝐞𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝? 🤔🏦

Ito ang isa sa pinaka-common na tanong na naririnig ko.
Good income. Complete documents. Maayos kausap.
Pero… rejected pa rin.

𝑯𝒆𝒓𝒆 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒍 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝒘𝒉𝒚 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒉𝒂𝒑𝒑𝒆𝒏𝒔 (𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒘𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒔𝒊𝒅𝒆):

1️⃣ 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐝, 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐝𝐞𝐛𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐥𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡 💸

Kahit malaki ang sweldo, if maraming existing loans or cards, the bank sees higher risk.

2️⃣ 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭 𝐡𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐡𝐚𝐬 “𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭” 𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐥𝐚𝐠𝐬 ⚠️

Old missed payments, restructured loans, or past delinquencies — kahit years ago pa — still appear on reports.

3️⃣ 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐬 𝐮𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐩𝐚𝐩𝐞𝐫 💼

Job hopping, short tenure, or project-based work can weaken a profile even if current income is okay.

4️⃣ 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 📄

Small differences between COE, payslip, IDs, and application form raise questions during underwriting.

5️⃣ 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐞𝐬 (𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐥𝐨𝐚𝐧𝐬) 🏠

ROW problems, title concerns, low appraisal value — sometimes the borrower is okay, but the property is not.

6️⃣ 𝐌𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 📬

This looks risky to banks.
They prefer borrowers who apply in a controlled, guided manner.

𝑰𝒎𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒕 𝒕𝒓𝒖𝒕𝒉:

Being a “good borrower” doesn’t mean automatic approval.
Banks approve based on risk, not effort or intention.

That’s why pre-assessment and proper handling matter.

If you want to know where your profile stands before applying, message me.

I’ll explain honestly if your case is doable, needs fixing, or high-risk — so you don’t waste time, money, or expectations.

Clarity first. Then we move. ✔️

𝙒𝙝𝙮 𝙖 𝙋𝙧𝙚-𝘼𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙄𝙨 𝙈𝙊𝙍𝙀 𝙄𝙢𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝙏𝙝𝙖𝙣 𝙖 𝙇𝙤𝙖𝙣 𝘼𝙥𝙥𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 🧠📄

Most borrowers think the first step is mag-apply agad sa bank.
In reality? That’s often the biggest mistake.

Here’s the truth from inside the banking process:

1️⃣ 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐬 𝐍𝐎𝐓 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐚𝐬 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠

Submitting an application doesn’t mean you’re eligible.
Banks still check income, credit, employment, and risk.
If you don’t qualify, the application just… stalls or gets declined.

2️⃣ 𝐀 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐚 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐝 ⚠️

Every application is logged.
Multiple attempts without fixing issues can hurt your chances later.

3️⃣ 𝐏𝐫𝐞-𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐭𝐬 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐬 𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐲 🔍

Before anything is submitted, we check:

✔️credit / NFIS
✔️income vs. loan amount
✔️employment stability
✔️document consistency
✔️property issues (for housing loans)

Problems fixed early = smoother approval later.

4️⃣𝐏𝐫𝐞-𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐬𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐓𝐈𝐌𝐄, 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 ⏳💸

No wasted trips.
No unnecessary fees.
No false hopes.

You only move forward when the chances are reasonable.

5️⃣ 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐬 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐟𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐢𝐬 “𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧” 🏦✔️

Well-prepared files get prioritized.
Messy files get pushed aside.

𝑺𝒊𝒎𝒑𝒍𝒆 𝒂𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕.

𝑩𝒐𝒕𝒕𝒐𝒎 𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒆:

A loan application tells the bank you want a loan.
A pre-assessment tells you if you actually qualify.

That’s why I always assess first before accepting a case.

If it’s doable, we proceed.
If it needs fixing, I’ll tell you.
If it’s high-risk, I’ll be honest.

Send a DM for a clear and professional assessment. ✔️

𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐬 𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐲 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 — 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐇𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬 𝐈𝐟 𝐇𝐑 𝐂𝐚𝐧’𝐭 𝐁𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝 📞🏦

A lot of borrowers don’t know this:

𝑬𝒗𝒆𝒏 𝒊𝒇 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒂 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒑𝒍𝒆𝒕𝒆 𝒔𝒆𝒕 𝒐𝒇 𝒅𝒐𝒄𝒖𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔, 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒍𝒐𝒂𝒏 𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝒈𝒆𝒕 𝒅𝒆𝒍𝒂𝒚𝒆𝒅 𝒐𝒓 𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒊𝒆𝒅… 𝒋𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝒃𝒆𝒄𝒂𝒖𝒔𝒆 𝑯𝑹 𝒅𝒊𝒅𝒏’𝒕 𝒂𝒏𝒔𝒘𝒆𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒑𝒉𝒐𝒏𝒆.

Here’s how banks actually verify your employment (insider explanation):

1️⃣ 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐬 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐇𝐑 𝐨𝐫 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐫 𝐝𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐥𝐲

They check:

✔️ If you’re really employed
✔️ Your position
✔️ Your salary
✔️ How long you’ve been working
✔️ Employment status (regular? contract? project-based?)

This step is required — no exceptions.

2️⃣ 𝐇𝐑 𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐦 𝐀𝐋𝐋 𝐝𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬

If the info on your COE or payslip doesn’t match what HR says,
it becomes a red flag. ⚠️
Banks pause your file until it's clarified.

3️⃣ 𝐈𝐟 𝐇𝐑 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬𝐧'𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐰𝐞𝐫… 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐠𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐇𝐎𝐋𝐃

Common reasons:

HR is busy
Wrong contact number given
HR is on leave
Company landline is down
No one knows who handles verifications

When this happens, your file is moved to the pending bin.
Yes, even if you’re perfectly qualified.

4️⃣ 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐚 𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐧𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐬 ⏳

Hindi 'to unlimited attempts.

If they can’t reach HR after several tries, your loan slows down — or worst case, stays pending for weeks.

5️⃣ 𝐀 𝐬𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐬-𝐮𝐩 𝐭𝐨 𝐇𝐑 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐬𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝟏–𝟐 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐬

Tell them:
“May magveverify from the bank, please expect a call.”

This tiny step can speed up your approval significantly. 👍

𝑾𝒉𝒚 𝑻𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝑴𝒂𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒔:

Most borrowers don’t lose their loan because of income…
They lose it because of verification issues they never knew existed.

If you want your profile checked and prepared para walang hassle sa verification, message me.

I’ll help make sure your documents and info match exactly what the bank needs.

Clear info = faster approval. ✔️
