The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) has issued Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 75-2026, providing frequently asked questions (FAQs) on the application, processing, and issuance of the One-Time Transaction (ONETT) Computation Sheet and Electronic Certificate Authorizing Registration (eCAR).

The circular covers tax requirements, filing procedures, documentary requirements, processing timelines, and other concerns involving the transfer of real properties, shares of stock, donations, and estates.

The BIR said the issuance aims to provide clearer guidance, ensure uniform implementation of policies, and facilitate faster processing of ONETT transactions.
