Hindi lahat ng dokumentong may pangalan ng isang tao bilang may-ari ng lupa ay nangangahulugang pareho ang legal na epekto nito.

๐Ÿ“Œ Tax Declaration โ€“ ginagamit para sa real property taxation at pagpapakita ng deklarasyon ng property para sa tax purposes.

๐Ÿ“Œ Land Title โ€“ opisyal na dokumentong nagrerehistro ng pagmamay-ari ng lupa sa Registry of Deeds.
