We do FACE TO FACE or ONLINE CONSULT.

TAKE NOTE: Absolute Community of Property (ACP) is the default property regime in the Philippines for marriages celebrated on or after August 3, 1988, where all present property owned at the time of marriage and all future property acquired thereafter are considered joint, co-owned assets.

It simplifies marital assets into one common pool, with exceptions for property acquired via gratuitous title (gift/inheritance) during marriage, personal items, and property of a spouse with legitimate descendants from a previous marriage.

TAKE NOTE: The award of agricultural land in the Philippines refers to the distribution of land to qualified beneficiaries under agrarian reform programs, primarily formalized through a Certificate of Land Ownership Award (CLOA). Beneficiaries are usually farmers and farmworkers who are landless.

1. Hereditary succession (upon the ARB’s death);
2. Transfer to the Government or LBP; or
3. Transfer to another qualified ARB through the DAR (not via a private deed alone).
