Huminto na sa mismong harap mo ang biyahe—opisyal nang BUKAS ang aplikasyon para sa UST Hiraya ngayong A.Y. 2026–2027! 💜

Hindi mo na kailangang mag-abang lang sa waiting shed habang nag-aantay para sa biyahe. Kung naghahanap ka ng espasyong handang makinig, manindigan, at kumilos para sa mga kwentong madalas naiiwan sa gilid ng kalsada—may nakareserbang upuan para sa 'yo rito.

Ihanda na ang pamasahe at paninindigan. Sumampa na sa biyaheng iikot sa España, Dapitan, Lacson, at Noval—at malayo pa ang mararating kasama ka.

OSA ANNOUNCEMENT | Recognized Student Organizations for A.Y. 2026–2027 as of September 4, 2026

The Office for Student Affairs announces the official list of recognized University-wide Student Organizations (USOs) and College-Based Student Organizations (CBOs) for Academic Year 2026–2027, effective as of September 4, 2026.

Thirty (30) USOs and one hundred and fifteen (115) CBOs have completed the recognition process in accordance with the Rules and Procedures for the Recognition of Student Organizations issued by the Office for Student Affairs. This list will be updated as additional student organizations successfully complete the recognition process.

Recognized organizations provide safe spaces for students to explore shared interests and develop skills while embodying Thomasian values of competence, commitment, and compassion. Students should only join officially recognized groups and verify their legitimacy with this official list before engaging in any activities.

The University does not recognize, authorize, or endorse any organizations not included in the official list.

ADVISORY ON THE USE OF THE UST NAME, SEAL, AND LOGO BY STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS | September 1, 2026

The Office for Student Affairs (OSA) reminds all student organizations to observe University policies on organizational recognition and the responsible use of the University’s name, seal, logo, and other identifying marks.

Under the UST Student Handbook, the name “University of Santo Tomas” or “UST,” and its registered seal, may not be used unless duly authorized by the Office of the Secretary-General (OSG) and duly processed through the pertinent University offices.

Accordingly, organizations or groups that are not included in the official list of recognized student organizations for A.Y. 2026–2027, including those with pending or incomplete applications, should refrain from using the official UST seal, logo, name, or other University marks in a manner that may imply official recognition, accreditation, endorsement, or authorization by the University. This prohibition applies to social media pages and posts, publicity and event materials, registration forms, correspondence, sponsorship materials, merchandise, organizational documents, and other printed or digital materials.

Duly recognized organizations are encouraged to help preserve and promote the University’s identity by securing the appropriate authorization before using the UST name, seal, logo, or other identifying marks, consistent with applicable laws and University policies.

Student organizations that may need guidance on their recognition status or the proper use of University marks are welcome to coordinate with OSA.

We appreciate your cooperation in upholding the integrity of the University’s identity.
