(MESA, Inc.) is a non-stock/non-profit organization duly registered with the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC), composed of Manila based ex-seminarians from the province of Masbate, with background in the corporate, business and academe. envisions a brotherhood that is socially aware, sharing a common goal of uplifting the plight of poor Masbatenos and in advocating and promoting Masbate as an undiscovered beauty of nature and resources.
