𝗦𝗮 𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗻𝗮 𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗮𝗴𝘆𝗼, 𝗺𝗮𝘆 𝗟𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗺. 🌧️🤍

Our CODAL Online Fellowship became a space for law students to pause, listen, and be encouraged through “Beyond the Grades: Living by Faith,” shared by Atty. Joyce Faye Caranto.

Thank you, Atty. Joyce, for reminding us that our identity and worth go beyond grades, recitations, and achievements. More than anything, we are called to live by faith and remain anchored in God through every season.

And to everyone who joined us despite the weather, thank you for showing up! May today's fellowship remind us that wherever we are and whatever storm we face, there is always a Lilim—a God who covers, protects, and sustains us. 🤍

May we continue to pursue excellence, but never forget the One who gives us the strength to pursue it. ⚖️🤍

Last Saturday, we were reminded that rest is more than simply taking a break from readings, recitations, and deadlines. Through the sharing of Atty. Jared Rivera, we were reminded of the kind of rest found only in the Lord—the rest that renews us, strengthens us, and reminds us we don't have to carry everything on our own.

Thank you, Atty. Jared, for reminding us to pause, breathe, and place our burdens in God's hands.🙏

And to everyone who joined our fellowship, thank you for spending your Saturday with us! May we continue to learn that in the middle of the demands of law school, we can rest because God remains faithful.

𝗣𝗮𝗴𝗼𝗱 𝗻𝗮 𝗯𝗮 𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗮𝗵𝗮𝘁? 😮‍💨📚

Sa dami ng readings, recitations, deadlines, requirements, at kung anu-ano pang ganap sa law school, minsan nakakalimutan na nating huminga at magpahinga.

But maybe what we need isn't just another coffee break. Maybe we need to learn what it truly means to 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗧—to pause, be still, and find our rest in God.

𝗕𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝘄𝘆𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝗺𝗮𝘆 𝘄𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗚𝗼𝗱. 🤍⚖️

Last Saturday, August 15, we had another meaningful CODAL Fellowship with Atty. Pat Monte, who shared a timely reminder about the importance of encountering God before becoming a lawyer.

In a profession where knowledge, titles, and achievements can easily become our measure of success, 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁. An encounter with God shapes not only the kind of lawyer we aspire to become, but also the kind of person we are called to be—humble, compassionate, and ready to serve others.

Thank you, Atty. Pat, for sharing your wisdom and reminding us that before we carry the title of "Attorney", we must first allow God to transform our hearts. 🙏

And to everyone who joined us, thank you for spending your Saturday with CODAL! May we continue to grow not only in the knowledge of the law, but also in faith, character, and our calling to serve.

May we become lawyers who know the law—but more importantly, know the God whom we serve.⚖️🤍

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined our CODAL Saturday Fellowship via Zoom today. Despite the heavy rain and the challenges it brought, we're grateful that you chose to spend your lunchtime growing together in God's Word.

Special thanks to Atty. Hanniel Saus for once again reminding us through the story of David and Goliath that the giants we face, whether recitations, exams, self-doubt, fear, or the pressures of law school, are never greater than the God who goes before us. Victory doesn't come from our own strength, but from trusting the One who equips and fights for us.

May we continue to face every challenge with faith, courage, and confidence in the Lord.🙏
