"end to new beginning"

For our workers’ movement....

We continue to advocate a future of livable wages, secure jobs, and climate‑just industry arrangements.

First choosing to end old unfair practices of low wage ceilings, exclusionary policies, and long‑ignored harm to vulnerable workers and Indigenous communities, discrimination and norepresentation.

Bringing those unjust patterns to a close is not defeat; it is our proper starting point for a renewed, inclusive labor agenda. Only when we acknowledge the need to finish what has failed can we step forward toward a new beginning of dignity and shared prosperity.

Alaala at pagpupugay!

On 20 September 2024, i had a lively chat with former Deputy Speaker Raul Daza of the Liberal Party! He invited me to drop by the LP activity at Club Filipino this afternoon.

It was a historic day for the party as they officially declared as their candidate for the 2025 elections and endorsed aquino and for senator. Exciting times ahead!

Panawagan ng FFW sa panahon ng El Niño!

Ang El Niño ay di-karaniwang pag-init ng tubig sa gitna at silangang Pacific Ocean. Binabago nito ang hangin at pag-ulan, kaya maaaring maging mas mainit at mas tuyo sa Pilipinas, na nakaaapekto sa tubig, ani, at kabuhayan.

Kaya nananawagan ang FFW ng sapat na tubig, bayad na pahinga, ligtas na trabaho, at konsultasyon sa mga manggagawa.

“Tumataas ang init? Itaas din ang proteksiyon sa manggagawa!”

BALIK-TANAW: HINDI PA ABOGADO, MAY MGA KASAMA NANG MAGALING SA BATAS!

Noong unang taon ko sa MSU-College of Law sa Marawi, hindi lang mga propesor ang pinagkukunan ko ng aral. May mga “lektura” rin sa piling ng mga manggagawa sa Iligan at magsasaka sa Lala at Kapatagan!

Mahusay sa batas ang mga nakasama ko sa Federation of Free Workers (FFW) at Federation of Free Farmers (FFF). Kaya lalo akong nagsipag—mahirap namang ako ang law student, tapos ako ang hindi makasagot!

Sa silid-aralan, binabasa namin ang batas. Sa pabrika at bukid, nakikilala ko ang mga taong dapat nitong paglingkuran.
