The sec has already launched the online submission tool. Companies should register in the sec portal and nominate their respective authorized filer. Starting 2022, the sec will only accept online filing of gis and fs.

ADVISORY

Under Republic Act No. 9176, the filing of applications for Agricultural Free Patents will expire on December 31, 2020.

The Public is advised to file their Agricultural Free Patent applications before the said deadline.

Beyond this period, the DENR will no longer accept filing of applications for Agricultural Free Patents.

Corporations whose term has expired may now be revived pursuant to SEC Memorandum Circular No. 23 Series 2019 or “the Guidelines on the Revival of Expired Corporations (Pursuant to Section 11 of the Revised Corporation Code of the Philippines)”.

The law provides that "A corporation whose Certificate of Registration has been revoked for reasons other than non-filing of reports (e.g. General Information Sheet, and Audited Financial Statements)".
