The hearing, led by the Committee on Police Matters and Peace and Order and the Committee on Rules, Legal Matters, Ordinances, and Local Good Governance, will cover two proposed ordinances:
1. Electronic Three-Wheeled Vehicles: Regulating the issuance of franchises for battery-operated e-trikes for hire within Malitbog.
2. Tricycle Fare Amendment: Amending Section 9 of Municipal Ordinance No. 04, Series of 2022, which prescribes the tricycle fare rates in the municipality.
