It was formed mainly to provide inclusive security services to ably serve and protect its clients and their businesses. omplex and competitive world and takes pride in having a pool of carefully selected and trained security personnel. Its guards are supervised by management who has extensive experience in security operations as well as security officers duly licensed by the PNP-SOSIA. To very well service its clients, ABC-RMO Security & Investigation Agency Inc., carefully screens, selects and trains its employees and security guard force with primary focus on character, attitude, physical and mental fitness. A continuous training and development program is also being given to ensure that its security force are well equipped with necessary tools and techniques needed to dispense their duties and responsibilities according to the standards of the agency and the clients that they serve. The agency likewise adapts security measures to ensure the safety of its employee, clients as well as the protection of property. We strongly believe that our guards are the backbone of our business and therefore their performance and personality reflect upon our Standards. To make sure that the guards match up to the high Standards in quality, all our guards have to go through a selection process where they are screened for their qualities of intelligence, interest, kindness, people who can operate under stressful situation and communicate well. Changing to fit the special needs of our client’s and individualizing our services is our company policy. Hence guards are recruited for each post, keeping in mind the personality and profile desired by the client. Our minimum qualifications are as follows:
• Must be physically fit and mentally strong and healthy.
• Minimum height should be 5'7".
• Should be at least high school graduate with Security Guard License, age between 21 to 40 years old.
• Should be able to read and write in Tagalog and English
