When I first stepped into real estate, I thought success was all about closing deals. But along the way, I realized—it’s just as much about integrity, knowledge, and trust.

Completing the Real Estate Brokerage Seminar for New Salespersons reminded me why I chose this path.

💡 The Code of Ethics showed me that honesty and fairness are non-negotiables.

💡 Learning about Taxation taught me that clients don’t just buy homes—they invest their hard-earned future.

💡 The Documentation & Titling Process reminded me that every detail matters because it’s someone’s dream on the line.

Rewatch Encanto and into the battlefield of sales—because selling, like magic, isn’t about the surface, it’s about what’s underneath:

1. Your worth is not tied to quotas alone

Like Luisa, many salespeople think they’re only valuable if they’re “carrying the weight”—closing deals nonstop. Reality check: your worth in the team isn’t just your numbers. It’s your attitude, your resilience, and the trust you build with clients.

2. Pressure can build or break you

Abuela’s high expectations mirror sales targets and management pressure. Too much can suffocate, but the right mindset turns pressure into polish. Leaders must balance accountability with empathy—because burned-out sellers don’t sell.

3. Not every sale is perfect

Isabela tried to bloom only “perfect flowers.” In sales, not every client, pitch, or deal will look flawless. The magic is in adapting—sometimes the weird cactus blossoms turn out to be the strongest sales.

4. Communication is your strongest tool

The Madrigals almost fell apart because they weren’t talking. Sales teams do too—misaligned pricing, unclear updates, or hidden struggles lead to cracks. Transparency with clients and colleagues is the glue that holds success together.

5. Mirabel’s lesson: Intangibles matter most

Mirabel had “no gift” yet saved the family. In sales, the unseen qualities—patience, empathy, consistency, integrity—often close the deal more than any script or flashy pitch.
