Once again, NALO secured justice for its clients who were falsely accused of Falsification and Use of Falsified Documents.

In dismissing the complaint, the Office of the Prosecutor in Cavite affirmed our position, finding that there was insufficient evidence to indict our clients. The Prosecutor recognized that our clients acted under a bona fide claim of ownership, that there was neither damage nor malicious intent to cause damage, and that the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor in Cavite had no preliminary investigative jurisdiction over the complaint.

NALO remains steadfast in upholding the truth, protecting our clients’ rights, and vigorously defending them against baseless and malicious accusations.
