At Nagal‑Pelones Law Office, we assist clients with property and land title transactions from document preparation to registration, including:

☑︎ Original registration of land titles under the Torrens system (land registration/cadastral proceedings)

☑︎ Transfer of land titles arising from sale, donation, or extrajudicial settlement of estate

☑︎ BIR processing for title transfers, including securing the applicable tax clearances / Certificate Authorizing Registration (CAR) and assisting with payment of required taxes (e.g., capital gains tax or creditable withholding tax, as applicable, and documentary stamp tax) - as required before registration of real property transfers
