One Click Legal is looking for a highly organized, results-driven, and leadership-oriented lawyer who will oversee the firmโs day-to-day legal operations and ensure that every department performs at its highest level.
๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
โข Oversee and coordinate the operations of all legal departments
โข Ensure that duties, responsibilities, deadlines, and required outputs are completed efficiently and accurately
โข Monitor departmental performance and ensure that established KPIs are consistently achieved
โข Coordinate closely with the Operations Director in developing action plans, performance improvements, and operational strategies
โข Identify workflow issues, delays, and performance gaps, and recommend immediate corrective actions
โข Coordinate with collaborating lawyers and ensure compliance with the firmโs procedures, standards, and professional expectations
โข Promote and protect the culture, values, and operational discipline of One Click Legal
โข Ensure proper communication, accountability, and coordination among lawyers, paralegals, and support teams
โข Submit regular reports and recommendations concerning departmental performance and operational improvements

โข Must be a member of the Philippine Bar
โข Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
โข Capable of managing multiple departments, responsibilities, and deadlines
โข Detail-oriented, proactive, accountable, and results-driven
โข Experience in legal operations, case management, team supervision, or law firm administration is an advantage
โข Must be comfortable working in a structured, performance-based, and KPI-driven environment
