Dahilan:

NGCP

• Electrical testing of new 69kV power circuit breaker, disconnect switches and earthing switch;
• Commissioning and energization of new 69kV power circuit breaker, disconnect switches and earthing switch at Mexico Substation;
• Testing of feeder protection relays;
• SCADA control integrity test & alarm status validation test for the new power circuit breaker; and
• TL maintenance along the line.

PELCO II

• Payout of 795MCM ACSR segment of 69kV line in front of Mabiga Substation;
• Payout of 795MCM ACSR segment of 67kV line in front of Sta. Maria Substation;
• Resetting of primary protection of 10 MVA mobile substation;
• Replacement of 69k disconnect switch at Mabiga Substation;
• Substation works;
• Metering works;
• O & M works; and
• Clearing of lines

The Supreme Court held in Go-Tan v. Spouses Tan* that parents-in-law, through the principle of conspiracy, may be held liable for violation of Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act of 2004.

The Supreme Court held:

"the principle of conspiracy... may be applied suppletorily to R.A. No. 9262... Thus, general provisions of the RPC, which by their nature, are necessarily applicable, may be applied suppletorily.

Thus, the principle of conspiracy may be applied to R.A. No. 9262. For once conspiracy or action in concert to achieve a criminal design is shown, the act of one is the act of all the conspirators, and the precise extent or modality of participation of each of them becomes secondary, since all the conspirators are principals.

It must be further noted that Section 5 of R.A. No. 9262 expressly recognizes that the acts of violence against women and their children may be committed by an offender through another..."

Well, if you're curious about the authenticity of your title, let us break down the 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 for you:

𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 - Keep an eye out for the LRA watermark that emerges when you hold it against a light source. Plus, look for the fine details in fibers, planchettes, and intaglio or border print.

𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗻𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 - Look up, because the serial number in the top left corner of the title should be printed in flashy red. And if you stumble upon a duplicate title, it's printed in trusty black.

𝗦𝗲𝗮𝗹 (𝗢𝗹𝗱 𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲𝘀) 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗤𝗥 𝗰𝗼𝗱𝗲 (𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲𝘀) - An old title? Look for that red dry seal. But if it's a new title, keep an eye out for a QR code that matches all the title details from your duplicate copy.

𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸 - Any discrepancies in the annotations, signatures, or initials between the front and back pages of the Original Certificate Title (OCT) and Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) are major red flags.

𝗥𝗗 𝗩𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 - When in doubt, pay a visit to your friendly neighborhood Registry of Deeds. Bring along your Owner's Duplicate Copy or provide them with your title's serial number for a foolproof verification process.

In a Supreme Court decision, it was held that fathers, on behalf of the abused children, may apply for remedies provided under Anti-Violence Against Women and their Children Act against mothers who abuse their children

It was held in Knutson v. Hon. Sarmiento-Flores*:

"Logically, a mother who maltreated her child resulting in physical, sexual, or psychological violence defined and penalized under RA No. 9262 is not absolved from criminal liability notwithstanding that the measure is intended to protect both women and their children."

Under Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act of 2004, inflicting or threatening to inflict physical harm on oneself for the purpose of controlling the woman's actions or decisions is one of the acts of Violence Against Women and Their Children.
