Walang pribadong resort ang maaaring magpataw ng entrance fee para makapasok sa beach.

Paalala naman sa ating mga LGU, kung maniningil kayo ng environmental fee, sana naman ayusin niyo rin ang ating mga beach at linisan parati.

Sa mga nagdadagat naman, hindi porke't nagbabayad kayo ng environmental fee, lisensya na ito para magkalat. Kutusan ko kayo d'yan eh!

Ama, Dapat Mapatunayan Bago Mahatulan ng Economic Abuse sa Ilalim ng Anti-VAWC

Pinawalang-sala ng Korte Suprema ng Pilipinas ang isang lalaki na kinasuhan ng economic abuse sa ilalim ng Republic Act No. 9262 dahil sa umano’y hindi pagbibigay ng suportang pinansiyal.

Ayon sa desisyon na isinulat ni Associate Justice Japar B. Dimaampao, binaligtad ng Ikatlong Dibisyon ang naunang hatol ng Regional Trial Court at Court of Appeals. Napatunayang kulang ang ebidensya upang maitaguyod ang dalawang mahalagang elemento ng kaso: (1) na ang akusado ang ama ng bata, at (2) na ang pagtanggi niyang magbigay ng suporta ay may layuning magdulot ng emosyonal o sikolohikal na pinsala.

Ipinunto ng Korte Suprema na nagkakaroon lamang ng obligasyon sa suportang pinansiyal kapag napatunayan ang filiation o paternity. Sa kasong ito, hindi napatunayan na anak ng akusado ang bata—lalo na’t ang birth certificate ay walang nakatalang ama at hindi pirmado.

Dahil dito, napagpasyahan ng hukuman na walang legal na pananagutan ang akusado na magbigay ng suporta, kaya’t siya ay pinawalang-sala.
