Paseo de Lipa, the newest township in Lipa City, Batangas. Known for developing affordable and quality residential communities in Cavite, CBDI brings further to the south its first master-planned mixed-use development.

A Sustainable Township
Paseo de Lipa’s master planner, Arch. Joel Luna of Joel Luna Planning and Design, shares his design concept of the development, “The vision and inspiration of the company owners drove our thinking of building a sustainable township that is affordable and helpful to the environment. The natural terrain, vegetation, and the creek that cut across the property was an inspiration in the overall plan and design.”

The master planned development has numerous landscaped open spaces, wide pedestrian sidewalks and bicycle lanes stretching both sides of a 2.1 km-long main spine road. Recreational facilities include an events place and sports facilities, adult and kiddie pools, multi-purpose clubhouse, parks and playgrounds. It has a chapel for community masses and prayer. There will be three bridges connecting the barangays of Mabini, Quezon and Adya which encompass the entire development. Its convenient location provides easy access through a major spine road connecting the Lipa-Ibaan and Adya roads.
Sixty-three hectares will contain five residential villages that will have a variety of home designs to choose from – starter town houses, single attached homes for growing families, with single detached homes for full-sized families in the pipeline. Prices of homes start at P3.4 Million for the townhouses and P5.8 Million for the single attached homes.
