The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is simplifying access to the country’s securities regulations through a comprehensive digital reference that consolidates the latest rules and regulatory updates into a single, user-friendly resource for the public.

The Commission, on May 8, published the Annotated Consolidated Reference of the 2015 Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 8799, or the Securities Regulation Code (SRC).

The digital document integrates all regulatory updates from 2000 to 2026 into a centralized, publicly accessible reference. The document is available on the SEC website at https://www.sec.gov.ph/laws-rules-decisions-and-resolutions/implementing-rules-and-regulations/
