Most people think property investing is about
finding the “right project.”
Pero over time, I realized,
👉 mas important yung right decision process
May mga projects na maganda sa papel
pero hindi pala bagay sa situation ng buyer
May iba naman na hindi agad obvious
pero nagiging solid over time
Kaya habang tumatagal,
mas nagshi-shift yung role ko
👉 from just presenting properties
👉 to helping people think through the decision
Especially for OFWs…
na hindi naman basta makakabisita
or makakakita ng actual market
👉 every decision carries more weight
At the end of the day,
hindi lang ito tungkol sa condo
👉 kundi kung paano siya papasok
