Fellow Rotarians,

As I step down as your President, my heart is full of gratitude.

To our Officers and Members: Thank you for your time, talent, and tireless service this year. As a newly chartered club, we didn’t just start a club — we did the hard, foundational work. We set our constitution and bylaws, strengthened our documentations, launched our first projects, and earned our place in the Rotary family.

These are not small things. They are the cornerstones on which a strong foundation can be built. We laid the bricks. The structure we start raising next will be solid because of what we did together this year.

But let us be clear: This is just the beginning. We have a long way to go. The real impact, the bigger service projects, the deeper reach into our Boracay community — that’s all still ahead of us. And I am confident this club is ready for it.

The very process of forming this club made us stronger. The challenges, the wins — they held us close to each other. We are no longer just members on paper. We are a team, a family in service.

While I step down as President, my wholehearted support does not end here. You will have me beside you in every way I can — as a Rotarian, as a friend, and as someone who believes completely in what we are building.

Finally, to my wife: Thank you for standing with me the whole time. For every meeting you waited through, every encouragement when the work felt heavy. This year would not have been possible without you.

Service Above Self is more than a motto for us now. It’s who we are.
